Returns and Refunds
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition and the cost of return will be covered by the customer.
INITIATING A RETURN
To return an item you need to PLEASE email us at email@example.com
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund and you will receive an email notification. Funds will return to your account within 5-10 working days.
If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to follow our returns procedure above and then make a new order for your desired item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
